Hello. I am new to MUDs and this is my first. My love for games like this came about approximately 6-7 years ago, when my father introduced me to D&D, Then 5 years ago he introduce me to Zork. About 2 weeks ago I decided, hey, I should try out a MUD. So I went to the mud connector and looked around.
Suffice it to say, yours looks to be the best, at least from my perspective. Your community is small but active. And your room design and coding is on point.
I just wanted to introduce myself and say thanks to all the people that made this MUD, I see myself playing it for a decent amount of time in the future!

Couple of tips, don't worry about dying. Don't worry about gear, and don't be afraid to ask for help. Mystics and mentors exist for that. Newbie chat is a great resource, use it.

Thanks Nadrin!
Thanks for the Advice Andrael. So far I have not had to use the newbie channel too many times, besides having to ask twice how to unstrap a shield. :)

Thanks for the confidence booster Nycticora, and yes, I died at least a half dozen times so far, all my own fault of course. And Losing is Fun! Especially when it includes clowns and the circus!
