Increasing reputation with a city gives you decreased prices in all shops in that city?
Also increased reputation with Dav gives decreased price at the smuggler?
Is there any benefit to having increased reputation with the other gods? ie. the devote mechanic?

Might as well ask this related question... Does decreased reputation with a city increase prices eventually? (There is a minotaur in the Isle of Exile which lowers your Darkhaven reputation when you kill it.)
