Buckler vs. Shield

Is there any different in how often you shield block with a buckler vs. a shield? I'm not talking about the shield block skill vs. buckler but the actual equipment item.

I don't know, but given that bucklers are lighter weight there may be a difference. The weight of a weapon makes a difference when it comes to overcoming parry attempts, and I believe also influences disarm. The same thing might apply to shields/bucklers. But keep in mind, some "shields" can be used as bucklers... Like the enspelled energy shield from the Metalsmith in Winter.
