Custom Races on Creation

Is this something reputables can pick on creation or do we still have to go through the process? Just asking because I have noticed over time a few people having custom races below lvl 10 without desc's or backgrounds.

it should be available in creation if reputable - just have to pick an eligible class/race/gender to get the prompt to choose it.

Some work that way, some don't. I think it has to do with those that have an alignment change.

is there any way a list of the "preapproved" custom races could be made available on the website or something? Or in the helpfile for custom races?
As it stands, for someone who is a little out of the loop and outdated, the only way to know what they are is by having seen people wandering around as them.

Nope, that's perfect. I just never found that helpfile.

the "custom race" helpfile doesn't have the info and doesn't reference "custrace" at all, so I had no idea to search for that very specific and odd word. So maybe adding a reference to it would be helpful if anyone else is trying to find it. But all the info is available! Thanks.

Obviously you were correct, the info was switched for some reason. I cleaned up both the helpfiles.
