June rare hours advisory + Patch notice

Just wanted to leave a note here regarding some recent changes in the world (i.e. because diablo 4)
1) We are halving the hours needed to keep rares this month -- quite a few players have clearly sunk time into blizzard's new game and we don't want that to make AR become a total drag trying to play impossible to meet hours to keep rares for June. We'll evaluate later if July needs it, but its not permanent.
2) The launch of D4 was not a surprise to any of us, we have plans to start working on the patch at the end of June and this has not changed. this is of course an opportunity to take the best ideas and do things our way with the usual AR flair.
