give mercenary auras to take the sting of solo ranking, equipment hunting
(doesn't work against players)
vampiric aura - life steal
golden aura - armor bonus
inspiring aura - damage bonus
malevolence aura - mal reduction

As a former Justice player I would like to advocate that special guards get all of it and everybody else gets nothing.

I could see lifesteal being an issue just because between fights you could go and get health back just by killing low level mobs, giving some healing to classes it wasn't intended for. Otherwise that's a cool idea, particularly for cabal mercs.

Adding additional healing out of combat in PKing is something which I think should be handled with caution. When I was playing Militha (this was before the abyssal bulwark update), cure light gave me a huge advantage against anyone who wasn't a vengeance oath paladin. If the lifesteal aura were disabled when PKing adrenaline was in affect it might be okay, but otherwise I'm not sure that's such a good idea.

Ok I agree with Dav, but bring back dirt kicking and bashing horses for Knights... as a former Knight.
