Is there something wrong with the Live Stream? Should I be asking this somewhere else? I've already inquired about it and apparently, I'm not the only one to notice that it hasn't moved for weeks.

the stream is getting a needed upgrade. It being stuck (as you can see) is another example of why its time to do it. This is definitely an "its ready when its ready" kind of thing.. no ETA available, it'll just suddenly be working, and hopefully that's not in the too-distant future.
