Bards

So, I was looking at the player page today, and noticed only 2 bards. Didn't they just get third attack? Dont they get cards and healing songs, and group buffs? Tarot cards, and a song that makes members of the opposite sex remove their armor and weapons? Please weigh in on why you don't roll a bard.
