Potential new ability: haymaker

So bards already have uppercut for silencing mages and potentially stunning opponents (which doesn't seem to happen as frequently from what I've seen). I remember thinking to myself, what if bards had an ability to deal with clerics and psionicists as well?
The idea is simple: a haymaker is a punch with a windup (along the lines of overhead crush, so the opponent has a chance to dodge it) which does more damage than a kick if it lands, and it has a high chance to cause delirium in the target after they have been hit in the head. (I suppose with dazing being a thing now that could also be an option but uppercut already does that).
I am specifically thinking this would be available to bards.
Discuss away (and pick it apart as much as you like).
