Favorite combo

So, I've been around for a couple of months now, got one character to pinnacle and another dozen between 10 and 35 as I'm learning classes, races, religions, and how it all ties in with cabals and RP. I've been experimenting with different playing styles and learning Serin and discovering how to survive and run.
I love that each cabal seems to come with serious considerations in pros and cons and playing styles: no magic, no rares/uniques, demon (fire weakness), limited to towns, etc. I haven't joined any yet, but I'm working on some RP ideas for a future cabal character.
This got me thinking this morning, what's everyone's favorite combo? Is it PK oriented goals? Self-sufficient exploration? There's some mobs here that are insane, even for my pinnacle character. For PK, some of you are gnarly! Your speed, aggression, surprise and ability to pinpoint the room that someone is in seems more important than actual character creation combo. But I'm always taking notes.
I know there's a lot of discussion about outing characters, so I'll keep a lot of things to myself, but it seems like it would be fun to have one of each major role: A PK character and a more peaceful exploring one.
So, TLDR: what's your favorite combo and why?

I have two. Anything shaman, or anything invoker.

I have multiple combos I like, but half-elf paladin is one I am especially fond of.
Between being able to use one practice session on most/all skills and the Greginsham Plate racial legacy making it easy to rank (so long as you don't heal until *after* the legacy kicks in - the legacy works all the way to 50 on watchers in Shadun Dalghul so solo ranking to 50 is possible if time-consuming), I find they're pretty fun.
