It was obvious but after the call to fight from Knights they all disappeared. I was down to fight them and waiting around, you can even ask the warlords because I talked about it regularly in game. I played the alt for enough time to keep my rares since I had spent a really long time getting time and even during that playtime (maybe 25 hours?) the knights never logged. Not sure what you want me to do about that. It was pretty boring sitting around staring at a wall for them (or anyone) to show up to fight which is another reason I played my alt.

Either way, I hope Korvak the best. Seeing him go from third rank to leader in the span of a weekend was jaw dropping, especially given the limited duels and the losses. It was good to see him learning how to fight but knowing I thrashed him in our duel then to see him Warmaster in 2 weeks after spending 5 months on my character was enough for me to recognize that it was time for the character to go. Warlords is a fun cabal and thanks for the chance but I think you knew in the back of your mind that promoting Korvak over me would be a slap in the face and you did it anyway. That is what dishonored Thrumdor the most out of anything RP wise more than anything the Knights or anyone else had done.

One other thing - if you’re argument for why Korvak made Warmaster instead of me is a bit confusing too since Korvak didn’t take down any Knight in my place or do anything you were asking for. From an outside perspective, it looked like the intent all along for Korvak’s character from inception to pinnacle was an orchestrated effort to make him Warmaster. If my hunch about who the player is is true then I think that’s even more lame, especially given the reasons why you passed my character over.

As far as Edaena goes, the comment was more off putting and hostile why is why I asked who she was coming at me like that. It broke the 4th wall for an appointed Herald (the leader at that) to be coming in to a senior Warlord cabal acting like she has any authority or influential position in cabal dynamics. I guarantee she would never had said anything relatively close to me like that in game which is why it breaches the 4th wall rule.

From my perspective Manim was gone before I even hit pinnacle, then there was no instructions/orders to go after the knights once up to 50. A new, neutral, low rank member of Warlords doesn't take it upon themselves to attack Knights on sight without a direct order.
As far as combat skills, you for sure have more. I have been upfront about that, and actively learning. I ask literally ever lvl 50 I see for a duel, about half say they are busy and leave. The other half I win about 50%.
I personally see the difference between Warmaster and Blademaster as Warmaster is in charge of paperwork, making plans. Blademaster is the greatest warrior, tip of the spear shit. I didn't ask for the promotion, and did hope things would go differently.

I got no beef with you and think you’ll be a good Warmaster. It’s the way in which it all went down that rubbed me the wrong way. Honestly I was more than happy to be #2 cuz I’d rather be kicking ass and taking names but like I said, it was a shady slide of hands by Dav with no communication about any of it in note or game. Either way, I do hope you succeed and enjoy the limelight.

The Blademaster is the Warmaster's right-hand man and traditionally a very skilled fighter. The traditional gauntlet somebody had to pass to earn Blademaster from Proven was to fight two other Warlords simultaneously, and beat them both.

The Warmaster is simply the acting mortal leader, who decides who gets promoted and demoted and the overall direction of where the cabal will go. He is even allowed to promote a Blademaster to take his place (which demotes him to Blademaster) if he thinks or realizes somebody else could do the job better.

Promoting a peer isn't a slap in anyone's face. I think you are just prioritizing your own ego over us doing what's best for the Warlord cabal. You said it yourself, you spent 26 hours on an alt trying to keep rares. I dont know about the rest of you guys, but I dont feel like I promo'd Korvak playing favorites. He's just active and around and willing to learn . You have to be around to be the leader. And everyone is correctly saying the blademaster is the high technical skill role. Anyway, I'm about done with this OOC drama. See you in the game.
